Cleaner Air
Brighter Future.
BlueSky LA is a groundbreaking initiative to make Los Angeles air the cleanest it can be by the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games, through community-driven volunteer projects that improve air quality, one neighborhood at a time.
What is BlueSky LA?
BlueSky LA is a groundbreaking initiative focused on making the air in Los Angeles the cleanest it can be by the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. It is a partnership between regional nonprofit organizations Breathe Southern California and Climate Cents.
Through community volunteer projects, BlueSky LA seeks to enhance air quality, creating a healthier environment for all residents and visitors — both now and in preparation for the upcoming games. Each month, we present a project that helps improve air quality, unite our community, and improve public health
Our vision is to have Los Angeles globally recognized for its clean air, sustainable urban practices, and high quality of life for all residents by 2028.
